The 10-Course Menu celebrates Filipino flavours and the bounty of the Philippine seas, including signature creations such as Ube in Three Textures and Lechon de Lobster. The 10-Course Menu is priced at 8,500Php per person, with an optional beverage pairing at 4,000Php per person.

The 8-Course Menu offers our interpretation of French and globally loved dishes, expressed through Filipino ingredients and sensibilities. The 8-Course Menu is priced at 6,500Php per person, with an optional beverage pairing at 3,000Php per person.

The Jungle Kitchen offers an elemental expression of Kása Palma, built around live fire, charcoal, and smoke. Our á la carte cooking is direct, energetic, and closely connected to the ingredients.
